Factory Defect - hardware may be rusted, snaps may fail to open/close, and neck piece attachments may have been sewn on improperly.
G&E Pharmacy recommends that all hardware be replaced and advises that neck pieces should be used at purchaser's discretion as they may not fit or adjust properly.
