INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients per dose (5ml/teaspoon):
Rosemary oil: 10mg
Peppermint: 10mg
Cinnamaldehyde: 7.5mg
Oregano essence: 5mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Reverse osmosis purified water, glycerin, propylene glycol, eugenol, sweet birch, orange oil, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and polysorbate 80.

DIRECTIONS:
Broiler chickens, laying hens, and chicks – Add 5 mL (1 teaspoon) per liter of fresh water. Prepare a fresh solution every day. Ensure that fresh water is available to the animals at all times. Recommended for periods of 3 to 7 days. Mix well before each use.
PRECAUTIONS:
Do not use in animals receiving other medications or for long-term use unless otherwise directed by a veterinarian. Do not use in cats or dogs. This PSA cannot be incorporated into mixed feed. Do not exceed a maximum daily intake of 0.00375% cinnamaldehyde from all sources.
WARNING:
An egg withdrawal period is not required when the product is used according to label directions. Keep out of reach of children.
Store at room temperature (59 to 86°F).
